You can now boost VoiceChannels again.

Enabled negative Boosts

You can now negatively "boost" a Role or Channel again.

Removed "LevelUp" Logger from the Loggers Tab

To avoid confusion, the "LevelUp" logger can now only be found in the "Announcements" tab.
